Minor League

The Minor League is for ages nine (9) & ten (10) and will accommodate 10-12 teams.

The league operates on a player pitch basis with a 46-foot mound and 60-foot bases: No lead-offs, balks, dropped third strikes, etc. as in our 11/12 Major League. There are some rules modifications for player development under the Babe Ruth League/Cal Ripken Division rules. All players must play a minimum of six consecutive outs, and all players may bat. Both spring and fall seasons are offered.

The league conducts its activities on at CSX Park/Hailey North on Regent Drive. All field maintenance and improvements are conducted by CHYAA volunteers.
